1. This has more options
2. this version has a more efficient erase-mechanism
3. There are more female than male characters
4. This has scene hair
5. the "face" reference add-on isn't as scary
6. this version has the deviantart background color imputted in the corner for MSpaint users' transparency needs

Why the male version is better ([link]):
1. not as messy
2. less effort is required to turn it into a legitimate reference
3. has a place to show the color of the claws
